RentShare.ie is a free listings platform that connects people offering shared or single rooms with people looking for accommodation in Ireland.

Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you submit. RentShare.ie reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion.

No agency

RentShare.ie is not an estate agent or letting agency. We do not collect rent, deposits, or fees of any kind. All agreements and payments are entirely between the lister and the renter.

No warranties

While every listing is manually reviewed, RentShare.ie cannot guarantee the conduct of any user, the condition of any property, or the outcome of any rental arrangement. Use the platform at your own risk and meet in person before committing.

Acceptable use

Listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or illegal under Irish law will be removed and the poster may be banned.
