RentShare.ie collects only the information needed to publish room listings: title, address, rent, description, photos, WhatsApp number, and email.

Public information

When a listing is approved, the contact details you provide (WhatsApp number and email) are published on the listing page so that potential renters can contact you directly. Do not submit contact details you are not comfortable making public.

No payments

RentShare.ie does not handle any payments, deposits, or sensitive financial data. All transactions happen directly between renter and lister.

Data retention

Listings expire automatically after 30 days. You may also request removal at any time by contacting us.

Your rights (GDPR)

As an Ireland-based service, RentShare.ie complies with the GDPR. You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data at any time.
